This workbook contains four spreadsheets (Client Information, Time Log/ Accumulative Yearly Time Log, Invoices for each client with a corresponding Invoice Detail sheet, and an Invoice Log for the year). This workbook allows you to enter time on a daily basis per each client. Recorded time is then populated automatically to the Invoices and Invoice Detail sheet. At the end of the month, enter an invoice date and click the button to increase the invoice numbers to the next number and you're ready to save, print and send your invoices out. At the start of a new month, click the Clear button on the Time Log sheet to transfer all data to the Yearly Time Log and the Invoice Log for tracking purposes.
